Yielded Vessels Ministries was founded by Rufus and Dee Whynot in 1982. Located outside Cluj-Napoca, the capital of Transylvania, Romania, they continue to live out the Great Commission by ministering to the Gypsy population living in extreme poverty. They are at the center of distribution for relief efforts from the countries of Europe to the poor in Romania. Rufus and Dee’s goal is to demonstrate the reality of God’s light and love to the people of Transylvania. They are raising up leaders who will make a difference in their nation for many years to come.
